Salary: $95k– $139k annually –(DOE)

Location: Red Bluff, CA

Bonuses: Up to 25% Location Bonus + Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus

Job Overview:

Join an elite air medical team as a Flight Nurse, delivering critical care during emergency transport missions. This role involves working in high-pressure environments, providing advanced medical care in rotor-wing, fixed-wing, or ground transport settings.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Must have active RN license in state employed
• Minimum of 3 years (5 years preferred) of current critical care/emergency experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS. NRP preferred. Instructor certifications preferred
• CFRN within 24 months of hire
• Flight or transport experience preferred
• Must successfully complete the Air Medical Group education/orientation program
• Effective human relations skills required for interfacing with all levels of personnel and external customers
• Must meet and maintain clinical personnel weight restriction limit for flight accordance policy
• Must possesses basic computer skills for email, electronic charting, etc.
• Must maintain body weight below 235 lbs
• Must be able to pass pre-placement physical exam including functional capacity exam/strength and flexibility assessment, life up to 100 lbs) and drug screening
• 24 hours on, 24 hours off, 24 hours on, followed by 5 days off.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in California.
• 3–5 years of critical care/emergency experience.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNATC/TNCC/ITLS/PHTLS; NRP preferred.
• CFRN within 24 months of hire.
